Toddy Gear products are warranted against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material within the duration of the warranty period with provided proof of purchase (include date of purchase). Your Toddy Gear product will be replaced.

If identical design is not available at the time of replacement, the Toddy Gear reserves the right to substitute design.

Toddy Gear reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate the warranty if it is found that workmanship or materials are not defective.
